đąCHALLENGE : Support the France Parkinson association in the creation of an event for the general public organised as part of the association's 40th anniversary celebrations, ahead of World Parkinson's Day (11 April 2024).
đRESULTS : This event village dedicated to raising awareness about Parkinson's disease was an opportunity to combine information, solidarity, experiences, conferences... in a warm and caring environment over more than 2000m2 in the heart of Paris, on the public square Saint Sulpice in the 6th arrondissement.
On the agenda for the agency: strategic advice and support, design and production of the village, administrative and financial management, creation of the associated communication campaign.
In figures: For 2 days, the Agency supported the France Parkinson association to welcome as many people as possible and introduce them to the daily life of patients affected by the disease.
More than 3,000 visitors over the 2 opening days, a PR system to promote the association's actions, dozens of role-playing workshops and conferences offered, a communication campaign visible in the press, digitally and in the Parisian metro.
